Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Shipped, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the application. Shipped is a platform for positive social interaction within school communities.
2. Eligibility & Verification
Shipped is exclusively for students. To use the service, you must:
- Be a currently enrolled student at a supported educational institution.
- Provide accurate information including your real name and current grade.
3. User Conduct (The Anti-Bullying Rule)
Shipped is designed for positive "shipping" and ranking. We have a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Harassment, stalking, or targeted bullying of other students.
- Using inappropriate or offensive language in usernames or custom prompts.
- Attempting to "dox" anonymous voters or bypass the anonymity features.
Violation of these rules will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
4. Virtual Items & Subscriptions
"Aura," "Tokens," and the "Love Potion" subscription are virtual items with no real-world cash value.
- Non-Refundable: All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable through Shipped. Refund requests must be handled via the Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions: The "Love Potion" is an auto-renewable subscription. You can manage or cancel this at any time in your iOS Account Settings.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards or attempt to manipulate gameplay mechanics (such as "farming" Aura with bot accounts).
6. Limitation of Liability
Shipped provides a social platform "as-is." We are not responsible for any real-world social disputes, emotional distress, or interactions that occur outside of the digital application.
